Iím resting from my labors beneath this knoll of sod.
Waiting for the moment till I hear the trump of God.
My body and my spirit are not now in accord.
For absent from the body, it is present with the Lord.
Those of friends and loved ones Iíve left behind this day,
If the Lord should tarry will follow in this way.
But trusting in His promises and resting in His care.
Weíll meet again in glory thereíll be no parting there.
