THE  ANGEL  MESSAGE

“For unto you is born this day

In the city of David.” The angels say

“A Savior which is Christ the Lord.”

Who by His own will be adored.

 

The angels came unto this earth

To tell shepherds of Jesus’ birth.

“Fear not I bring to you great joy

To all people, this baby boy.”

 

“And this shall be a sign to you

To know what we have said is true.

In swaddling cloths in manger hay

The Christ is born this glorious day.”

 

An angel host did then appear

To praise their God and all did hear.

“Glory to God in the highest

To give to men both peace and rest.”

 

They then made haste to go and see

The one who came to set men free.

The Son of God, our King and Lord.

Is He by you, like them, adored?
